some people say business communication is boring, but do they really know what business communication is about? my understanding of business communication is the communication between the people in the organisation for the purpose of carrying out the business activities, it can also be internal and external communication.

so i didn't quite know what business communication was so i googled it so here my understanding ; Communication is the passing on of ideas and information. In business you need good, clear and accurate communication. The contact may be between people, organisations or places and can be in a number of forms, such as speech, writing, actions and gestures. Organisations need to be structured in such a way as to maximise the benefits of communication processes. This is why team structures are so useful because they open up a multi-flow channel of communications.

ReplyDeleteIn business communication, there are 2 types: one is within the organization itself, and two is for the promotion of a product towards consumers. The best explanation I have come across is as follows: "The sharing of information between people within an enterprise that is performed for the commercial benefit of the organization. In addition, business communication can also refer to how a company shares information to promote its product or services to potential consumers."
